How to take it
How to take it
Resin: between 0.5g and 1g daily. Measure with the stainless steel spoon included with every jar, roll into a small ball, then dissolve in warm water, tea or coffee — warm, not boiling. Resin is sticky by nature: use the spoon rather than fingers, and if the lid is stiff, stand the jar in warm water for a minute.
Liquid drops and face cream: follow the directions in the product description above.

Purification takes six months in cold spring water, followed by sun drying. No heat at any stage. It is slower and lower yield than the industry norm, which is the point.

Excellent product, works well with cold drinks aswell as hot drinks.
I must admit that I am new user of Shilajit and can personally say that it is abundant with energy.
I would recommend it to gym goers aswell as others because it's healthy per se.
Although, the price may be appear quite expensive, extensive research does indicate this particular brand of Shilajit is amongst the most premium of qualities given that it is derived from the Himalayas.
Feeling more energised than ever and my m brain is less foggy, I have been having it for about 2 months now. I’m productive with even 4 hours of sleep, yeah I know sleep is still vital, it’s just at the time, it’s disrupted. Thanks for such a great product.
