How to take it
How to take it
Resin: between 0.5g and 1g daily. Measure with the stainless steel spoon included with every jar, roll into a small ball, then dissolve in warm water, tea or coffee — warm, not boiling. Resin is sticky by nature: use the spoon rather than fingers, and if the lid is stiff, stand the jar in warm water for a minute.

Collected by expert climbers at altitude in the Karakoram K2 range. We run our own offices, staff and export licences in the source country, so what arrives in London is what our own team collected.
Purification takes six months in cold spring water, followed by sun drying. No heat at any stage. It is slower and lower yield than the industry norm, which is the point.

Ingredients
Himalayan shilajit resin (purified over six months in cold spring water, then sun-dried), natural mineral spring water. Purified and filtered.
How to use
Shake the bottle well before each use. Squeeze the rubber bulb of the dropper provided, hold the dropper above your lips and release 1 to 3 drops directly into the mouth. That is one serving; take no more than 2 servings a day. 1 drop a day is enough for most people. We suggest four weeks of use followed by a one to two week break.
Storage
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 12 months. If kept outside the fridge, store in a cool, dark place and use within 6 months.
