UK delivery

UK delivery costs £5.99, and is free on orders of £50 or more. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day; UK delivery then takes 3–5 working days.

International delivery

We ship to the EU and many other countries. Rates and delivery times for your country are shown at checkout. For orders dispatched outside the United Kingdom, you may need to pay import duties or fees charged by your country's customs; these are usually settled with the delivery service provider.

Delivery and signature protocol

Upon the delivery of your order, especially for wholesale and white label orders, you might be required to authenticate the receipt by signing the accompanying invoice. This act validates that you have accepted the products as detailed in the invoice.

If you are unavailable at the provided address during the delivery attempt, the order might be handed over to any individual present at the location. Their signature or electronic acknowledgment will be taken as confirmation of delivery.

Missed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed, please contact our customer service team promptly to rearrange it. We cannot accept responsibility for orders left undelivered 30 days after the initial delivery attempt.
